He strives to provide a better quality of life and human development for educational participants by increasing the access to, enhancing the quality of, emphasising a strong value-base of, and blending, traditional and emerging technologies in education to create rich and meaningful learning experiences.

He has more than 25 years' experience in leading and managing projects and teams, national educational policy and strategy work, feasibility studies, institutional benchmarking re technology enabled learning, evaluation of blended courses from a pedagogical perspective, curriculum development and training, a variety of ed tech consulting, training and implementation on primary, secondary, TVET and university level interacting with government representatives, NGOs, academics, senior educational administrators, teachers and trainers.

He has done educational projects in the Pacific (Tonga, Samoa, Papua New Guinea, Pacific general for EU), Asia (India, Cambodia, Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Bangladesh, and SE Asia in general for UNICEF), in the African-Caribbean-Pacific regions in general, and many in Africa (Botswana, South Africa, Liberia, Kenya, Ghana), as well as Australia and New Zealand.
